LIVING AND DINING ROOM FULLY STAGED, KITCHEN ACCESSORIZED: Living room includes 1 sofa, 1 loveseat or 2 sitting chairs, coffee and side tables, console, area rug, combination of table and floor lamps, artwork and accessories. Dining room includes 1 table, 4-6 chairs, area rug, artwork and accessories. Kitchen includes artwork and accessories.

STAGING BLUEPRINT

PRICE: $250 - $500 *depends on the size of the property

Need a staging plan, but not the stager? I offer a detailed staging “blueprint” so you or your client can stage the property on your own byusing my guide! We will meet at the property, walk-through, consult, and provide you witha detailed, written report within 48 hours.

This is the best option to choose if you have a property where you may want the entire property staged, or certain rooms that don't fit into one of the pre-priced Staging 2 Go Plans listed below.
